Diseno Industrial's Engineering Department develops feasibility studies related to the project, particularly with regard to the car bodyshell, interior/exterior finish and electrical/electronic equipment.

The shapes elaborated by the stylist are rigorously verified with an eye to possible construction, together with cost analysis. When the components of the bodywork and the interior reach the required state of finish, the final design stage begins.

At the same time, the mechanical components are developed (expect for the engine, wich has to be installed) as well as the electrical and electronical equipment.

Diseno Industrial has a network of over 50 workstations, connected on-line to the manufacturing systems and tooling. The styling models and the epowood and plaster prototypes are born in the Diseno Industrial studio.

The ideas of tomorrow take shape among the numerical control milling machines, laser cutting robots and the latest generation dimensional measurement and surveying systems.
