| Before starting off with the construction of the costly equipment required for mass-production, it is necessary to ensure by using prototypes that all the parameters contained in the project have been fulfilled.
The construction of the moulds and equipment required to produce small series for the realization of prototypes is carried out once every component has been designed.
Different methods are used for this each requiring moulds capable of producing either a large or small number of units depending on the project requirements. The quality of the pieces produced using this method is extremely high, as is the quality of the mass-produced pieces produced using the final equipment. The stamping is done using presses while laser shearing robots are used for the trimming and the shearing which, very rarely, can also be done by hand. Sophisticated optical and mechanical control equipment dimensionally checks the progress of each prototype construction stage.
